Police Make Quick Arrest in Domestic Homicide in Beltsville


Prince George’s County Maryland… The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has arrested Barry Kin Lui, 50, in connection with the murder of Lan Mu Do, 50, of Beltsville, Maryland.  
On August 17, 2011, at approximately 3:56 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 3500 block of Cherryvale Drive for an unknown trouble.  When officers arrived, they discovered Lan Mu Do, of the same address, suffering from trauma to her upper body.  She was pronounced deceased on the scene.  Lui, of the 3500 block of Cherryvale Drive, was arrested on the scene.  Investigation revealed that Lui and Do were acquaintances and lived in the same residence.  They were involved in a domestic dispute which turned into a physical altercation.
