Police Investigate Homicide on Doewood Lane

Prince George’s County, Maryland… The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred in Capitol Heights, Maryland.    

On January 13, 2012, at approximately 8:29 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 1400 block of Doewood Lane for a report of a body.  Upon arrival, patrol officers found 31-year-old Perry Earl Hunt, of the 5100 block of Sly Fox Court, Upper Marlboro, lying behind an apartment complex dumpster unresponsive.  He was pronounced deceased on scene. 

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and establish a motive in this case.   This investigation is ongoing.
