Arrest Made in Temple Hills Murder


The Prince George's County Police Department has arrested Joshua Barlow, 19, in connection with the murder of Latoya Debina Hall in Temple Hills, Maryland.  On April 18, 2012, Hall, 30, of the 2400 block of Fort Drive, Suitland, Maryland, was found unresponsive and pronounced dead.  She was located in a vacant apartment in the 4000 block of 28th Avenue, Temple Hills, Maryland.  Barlow, also of the 4000 block of 28th Avenue, was developed as a suspect.  On April 20, 2012, Barlow was taken into custody and charged with first degree murder.  He was remanded to the Prince George's County Department of Corrections on a no bond status.  Robbery appears to have been the motive.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Prince George's County Police Homicide Unit at (301)772-4925.
