PGPD Announces Arrest in Murder in District Heights

     Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has arrested Nathan Cedric Rogers in connection with the murder of Jasmine Nichelle Moss in District Heights.

     On April 27, 2012, police responded to the 7100 block of Mason Street, District Heights, for a suspicious vehicle. Officers discovered the body of a black female who was identified as Moss, 23, of the 4900 block of Maury Place, Oxon Hill. Moss and Rogers were involved in a relationship. It was also discovered that she was pregnant.

     Homicide detectives identified Rogers, 22, of the 6900 block of Halleck Street, District Heights, as the suspect in this case. Rogers will be charged with first degree murder.
