Police Investigate Murder on Addison Road South

Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the murder of Ronald Jarohn Minor in District Heights, Maryland.    

On April 24, 2012, at 8:18 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of Addison Road South for the report of a shooting.  Upon arrival, officers discovered Minor, 18, of the 6900 block of Walker Mill Road, District Heights, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and establish a motive in this case.  The investigation is ongoing.
