Wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder & Attempted Armed Robbery

The above listed suspect is wanted for an Attempted 1st Degree Murder and an Attempted Armed Robbery that occurred in the 2300 Block of Southern Avenue, Temple Hills, Maryland.  On February 14, 2012 at 4:31 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 2300 Block of Southern Avenue for a report of an armed robbery.  Upon arrival, the victim advised he was the victim of an attempted armed robbery where the suspect fired at least three (3) rounds at him.  District IV Robbery Suppression Team (RST) was able to identify Hakim Omar Johnson as the suspect.  An arrest warrant was obtained on the suspect for attempted 1st degree murder and related charges, Warrant #D111175455.  The suspect frequents the Fort Washington, Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, and SE Washington, DC areas.
