PGPD Officer Starts Mentoring Program to Help Young Ladies

 Prince George's County officer Narica Hamilton has started a mentoring program to help young ladies improve their self-esteem and attitudes. The name of the program is Precious Stones and the young ladies meet once a week at High Point High School.
