The Prince George’s County Police Department, county officials, and neighborhood civic groups will come together to observe the 29th Annual “National Night Out”.
On Tuesday, August 7th, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., residents are asked to turn on their exterior lights and spend the evening outdoors with their neighbors. Events will be taking place in areas of our six police districts and throughout Prince George’s County.
“National Night Out” is a unique crime/drug prevention event that is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW). The annual event is designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships amongst each other and their local law enforcement partners.
