PGPD Releases Photo of Serial Bank Robbery Suspect



The Prince George’s County Police Department is working to identify the suspect seen in the above surveillance photograph. Detectives believe this same man is also responsible for two other recent bank robberies.

On April 24, 2013, at approximately 2:40 pm, the suspect walked into the M&T Bank in the 3700 block of Donnell Drive in Forestville. He approached a teller, handed her a note and demanded cash. The teller complied. The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, in his late 20's with braided dreadlocks. He wore a black-hooded sweater, a gray or black jacket and green shoes.

Detectives believe the same man robbed the Capital One Bank in the 3600 block of St. Barnabas Road in Suitland on April 15, 2013. He also robbed the SunTrustBank in the 8900 block of Woodyard Road in Clinton on March 20, 2013.
