PGPD Investigates Domestic-Related Murder in Bowie

The Prince George's County Police Department is investigating a murder in Bowie.

On August 11, 2013, at approximately 6:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 2500 block of Nicol Circle for the report of a shooting.  Upon their arrival, patrol officers found a man inside a home suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are following strong leads in this case.  The preliminary investigation suggests this is a domestic-related murder.
