I am truly heartbroken with the tragedy involving my cousin Kevin. He was a really fun, caring and loving guy who never got into any trouble at all. The police really need to do something about Indian Head Highway, the road is very dangerous to pedestrians whether they are in the crosswalk or not. Please do not allow anyone elses family to go through what my family is dealing with at the moment. Rest In Peace Kevin you will truly be missed.
