The
Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the community's help in
identifying the suspect seen in the above surveillance photographs. He's wanted
for the attempted robbery of a bank in Forestville and the robbery of a bank in
Chillum.
On
December 3, 2013, at about 12:40 pm, the suspect walked up to a teller at the
BB&T branch in the 3400 block of Donnell Drive. He passed a note demanding
cash, but ran out of the bank without any money. At about 2:00 pm, the same
suspect walked into the Capital
One Bank in the 5800 block of Eastern Avenue in Chillum. He passed a teller a
note demanding cash. The teller complied. The suspect made off with an
undisclosed amount of money.
The
suspect is described as a black male, about 20-25 years old and 5'5". He wore a
long black wig and a black hat during the crimes.
