PGPD Releases Photo of Bank Robbery Suspect


The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the community’s help to identify this suspect. He is wanted for a bank robbery in Riverdale.

On January 3, 2014, at about 10:00 am, the suspect walked into the Wells Fargo Bank in the 6200 block of Baltimore Avenue.  He approached a teller and demanded cash while implying he was armed with a weapon.  Fearing for her safety, the teller complied.  The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 50s, approximately 5’10” and 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hat, black jacket and dark jeans.
