The Prince George’s County Police Department is
investigating a single vehicle collision that occurred earlier this morning in
Temple Hills.
On August 22, 2014, at approximately 12:17 am,
patrol officers responded to the 4400 block of Branch Avenue for a report of a
vehicle collision.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the
vehicle was traveling southbound on Branch Avenue when for reasons unknown, the
driver lost control and rolled the vehicle before coming to rest in the roadway.
The driver was transported to a local hospital with
non-life threatening injuries
.
Preliminarily, alcohol as a factor is not suspected
and speed as a factor is unknown.
