PGPD Investigates Double Fatal Crash in Beltsville

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a double fatal crash in Beltsville. The victims are 19-year-old Marvin Jean Vain Queur of Oregold Court in Laurel and 19-year-old Stephen Dominique Nestor of Morton Place in Temple Hills.

On April 6, 2015, at about 4:30 am, patrol officers were called to the 11300 block of Edmonston Road for the report of a collision involving a car and a trash truck. When officers arrived, they found the car’s driver, later identified as Queur, suffering from critical injuries. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Nestor, who was a passenger in the car, was rushed to a hospital where he died of his injuries several hours later. A third passenger suffered critical injuries. The fourth and fifth passengers in the car refused medical treatment. The driver of the trash truck suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The preliminary investigation reveals the car was heading northbound on Edmondston Road when for reasons which are under investigation, the car crossed into the southbound lanes and struck the trash truck head on.
