Federal, state and
county police are searching for a convicted sex offender who walked off from a
court-ordered home visit on Thursday, August 27, near Landover Hills.
Forty-nine year-old James Alexander Norris, Jr., was last seen wearing a black track
jacket with a white stripe down the sleeves, blue jeans and New Balance
sneakers. He walked away at about 2 pm this afternoon from the 4000 block of
Warner Ave. He is 5’7” and 170 pounds. If anyone sees him, please call 911
