Updated August 29, 2016: On August 28th, the body of Ms. Butler was discovered in a rural area in Orrstown, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State Police are conducting a death investigation. Preliminarily, there does not appear to be any foul play. We offer her family our deepest condolences.

Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in
searching for a missing person. She is identified as 79-year-old Mary Butler.
Butler
was last seen in the area of Indian Head Highway in Fort Washington on August 5th,
at 10:25 am. Ms. Butler could be driving a silver Toyota Corolla, bearing Maryland registration 5BX1273.

is described as an African American female, 5’3”, and 115 pounds.
