Victim in September Shooting Dies of Injuries; Suspect in Custody

The Homicide Unit charged a suspect in connection with a shooting on September 30^th in Landover. The suspect is 28-year-old Thermon Green of the 3200 block of 75^th Avenue in Landover. He’s accused of shooting 49-year-old Charles Keeve of Muncy Avenue in Landover. Keeve died of his injuries on October 31^st.

On September 30^th, around 1:00 am, officers responded to the 7600 block of Muncy Road for a shooting. The officers found Keeve in the roadway suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers arrested Green shortly after the shooting.

He’s now charged with first and second degree murder. He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status. The motive is under investigation.
