Detectives Investigate Homicide in Hillcrest Heights

Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in Hillcrest Heights Sunday night. The victim's name will be released once her identity is confirmed and her family is notified. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

On January 15th, at about 10:10 pm, the victim was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside in the 3100 block of Good Hope Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and motive in this case.
