PGPD, NTSB & NOYS to Host a Driver’s Education Class for High School Students

On Wednesday, our Training and Education is hosting a day-long driver’s education class for a group of Prince George’s County high school students. This event is in partnership with the National Transportation Safety Board and the National Organization for Youth Safety. Prince George’s County Police Chief Hank Stawinski will welcome the students to our training division.

In addition to classroom training, the students will experience a distracted driving simulator. A safety advocate who has been involved in a distracted driving accident will also talk to the students. 

When: Wednesday, May 3rd

Time: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

Where: Prince George’s County Police Training Academy
              8905 Presidential Parkway
                 Upper Marlboro, MD
