Critical Missing Man Located Deceased at Hospital

53 year old Eddie Goodman Jr. of Northeast DC was reported missing to our agency by a family member on October 18th.  Our investigation has now revealed that Mr. Goodman was already deceased and had been listed as a John Doe on October 9th at Prince George's County Hospital Center.   In the days and weeks that followed the missing persons report on October 18th, we contacted area hospitals in our search for Mr.  Goodman.  On Friday, November 17th, our homicide detectives were called to the hospital for assistance in making identification on a John Doe in the morgue at which time a fingerprint scan identified the male as Mr. Goodman.  Our preliminary investigation indicates no foul play is suspected in Mr. Goodman's death.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
