In
October, 2016, Corporal Barbour had been facing one count of theft in regards
to a secondary employment investigation.
He
currently remains on suspension pending the outcome of the internal
administrative investigation which is ongoing.
Barbour has
been employed by the department for nine years and is assigned to the Bureau of
Patrol.
