Homicide
Unit detectives are actively working to arrest the suspect(s) who fatally
shot a man in the Town of Forest Heights. The
victim is 31-year-old Sammy Robinson II of
Livingston Road in Oxon Hill.
On
November 25th, at approximately 9:45
am, patrol officers responded to the 5600 block of Woodland Drive for a welfare
check on an unresponsive man outside in a
yard. When they arrived, officers discovered Robinson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was
pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives
are working to arrest a suspect(s) and
establish a motive.
