Tysheek Judkins
Prince George’s
County Police Homicide Unit
detectives identified and charged a man in
connection with a fatal shooting in December. He is 20-year-old
Tysheek Judkins of the 3500 block of Dean Drive in the unincorporated
section of Hyattsville. He’s charged with the
fatal shooting of 20-year-old Deshawn Ramsey of
Cockeysville. Judkins recently turned himself in to the Department of Corrections.
On
December 27th, at approximately 9:30 am, patrol officers
were called to the 3500 block of Dean Drive for the report of a shooting. They
discovered Ramsey inside of an apartment suffering from multiple
gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The preliminary
investigation reveals Judkins shot the victim during an illegal drug
transaction.
Judkins is charged with first
degree murder and related charges. A court commissioner ordered him held on a
no-bond status.

Sospechoso de Asesinato Ocurrido en Diciembre Está

Detectives de la Unidad de Homicidios
de la Policía del Condado de Prince George’s identificaron y sometieron cargos
contra un individuo en conexión con un asesinato a tiros ocurrido a finales de
diciembre. Éste fue identificado como Tysheek Judkins, de 20 años de edad y
vecino de la cuadra 3500 de Dean Drive, dentro de una sección no-incorporada de
Hyattsville. A éste se le acusa de haber matado a tiros a Deshawn Ramsey, de 20

am, nuestros oficiales acudieron a la cuadra 2500 de Dean Drive tras recibir
información sobre un tiroteo. Al llegar, estos hallaron a Ramsey con múltiples
heridas de bala dentro de un apartamento. A éste le declararon muerto en la
escena.
La investigación preliminar reveló que
Judkins le disparó a la víctima en medio de una transacción ilegal de drogas.
Judkins enfrenta cargos por asesinato
en primer grado, entre otros. Un comisionado de la corte ordenó a que se le
retuviera sin derecho a fianza.
