PGPD Investigating Fatal Shooting in Landover

Homicide Unit detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in Landover Tuesday night. The victim is 32-year-old Mark Rowe of Washington, DC.

 

On March 9, 2021, at approximately 9:55 pm, officers were called to the 6900 block of Hawthorne Street for the report of disorderly individuals in a parking lot. While responding there, officers heard the sound of gunshots in the area. The victim was located in a parking lot in the 2600 block of Kent Village Drive. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

 

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive in this case.

PGPD Investiga Mortal Tiroteo Ocurrido en Landover

Detectives de nuestra Unidad de Homicidios investigan un mortal tiroteo que se registró el martes en la noche en Landover. La víctima fue identificada como Mark Rowe, de 32 años de edad y vecino de Washington DC.

El 9 de marzo de 2021, a eso de las 9:55 pm, nuestros oficiales acudieron a la cuadra 6900 de Hawthorne Street tras recibir información sobre un grupo de individuos alterando la paz en un lote de estacionamientos. Camino a la escena, los oficiales escucharon descargas de bala en el área. Estos hallaron a la víctima en un área de estacionamientos dentro de la cuadra 2600 de Kent Village Drive. A este le declararon muerto en la escena.
