The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Clinton in late August. The driver and passenger were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries. The passenger, 10-year-old Pedro Gutierrez Gonzales of Clinton, died on September 3, 2021. The adult driver remains hospitalized and is in stable condition.
On August 30, 2021, at
approximately 12:50 pm, officers responded to the 11500 block of Piscataway
Road for a single-vehicle collision. The
preliminary investigation revealed the vehicle was travelling southbound on
Piscataway Road approaching Mary Catherine Drive, when for reasons that are now
under investigation, it veered off the roadway and struck a tree.

PGPD Investiga Mortal Choque en Clinton
La Unidad de Análisis y Reconstrucción de Choques investiga un mortal choque que ocurrió en Clinton a finales del mes de agosto. Tanto el conductor como su pasajero fueron trasladados a hospitales del área tras para recibir tratamiento por heridas severas. El pasajero, quien fue identificado como Pedro Gutierrez Gonzales, de 10 años y vecino de Clinton, falleció el 3 de septiembre de 2021. El conductor, quien fue descrito como un adulto, sigue hospitalizado y en condición estable.
El 30 de agosto de 2021, a eso de las 12:50 pm, oficiales de patrulla acudieron a la cuadra 11500 de Piscataway Road para atender un choque de un solo vehículo.
