Detectives with our Homicide Unit are investigating a fatal shooting in Temple Hills Tuesday morning. The victim is 23-year-old Teyon Harrod of Temple Hills. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
On
August 2, 2022, at approximately 10:40 am, patrol officers were called to the
4900 block of Sharon Road for a report of a shooting. Once on scene,
officers located the victim outside suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a
motive.
