Identity of Suspects Sought in Commercial Armed Robbery - Surveillance Pictures Released

Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying individuals wanted in connection with the armed robbery of the Maxey Liquor Store in Temple Hills, Maryland.
On June 6, 2011 at approximately 7:35 p.m., two suspects walked into the store located in the 7500 block of Allentown Road.  Once inside, the suspects approached the store employees behind the counter, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the register and a safe.  The suspects fled the store in an unknown direction with money and property.  An area canvass was conducted by officers with negative results.         
The first suspect is described as a black male, between 20-25 years of age, approximately 5’0” tall, weighing between 140-160 pounds.  He was last seen wearing all black clothing, with a black skull cap and a black handgun.  The second suspect is described as a black male, between 20-30 years of age, approximately 6’1” tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, an orange shirt, and blue jeans.
