Police Seek Assistance in Locating Critical Missing Teenager (Shatema Erica Williams)


The Prince George’s County Police Department’s District IV Investigative Section is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person identified as 17-year-old Shatema Erica Williams. She was last seen on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., leaving her residence located in the 8100 block of Murry Hill Drive in Fort Washington.  Williams was last spoken to by her caseworker at approximately 9:00 p.m.  The caseworker described Williams as having a mental capacity of a 12-year-old and is concerned about her well-being.  She has not been seen or heard from since. 
Williams is a black female with a dark complexion, 5’2”, and approximately 165 pounds.  She has black hair in short black ponytails and brown eyes.  Williams was last seen wearing a light-blue shirt, light-blue Capri pants, blue flip-flops, and carrying a pink purse.
