PGPD Corporal Recognized for Achievement in Traffic Safety Program

The Prince George's County Police Department congratulates Corporal Matt Moyer for his achievements in the area of traffic safety and enforcement.  Moyer, of the Special Operations Division’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit,  was honored at the 4th Annual Maryland Traffic Safety Specialist Recognition and Awards Ceremony in Annapolis Friday.  

Maryland’s Traffic Safety Specialist (TSS) Program is a statewide initiative which recognizes police officers who attain distinctive levels of experience, education, training and proficiency in highway safety and traffic enforcement methods and procedures.
The program has 497 police officers enrolled who represent 60 law enforcement agencies throughout Maryland.
