PGPD Chief Magaw Joins Governor on Gun Legislation; Assistant Chief Davis to Attend White House Discussion on Immigration


On Wednesday, February 6, 2013, Prince George’s County Police Chief Mark Magaw will join Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley at a legislative hearing in Annapolis in support of the governor’s gun safety legislation.

Also on Wednesday, Assistant Chief Kevin Davis will attend a discussion with White House officials focused on immigration issues affecting local law enforcement and the need for comprehensive reform.  He will join the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) President Craig Steckler, former LAPD Police Chief Bill Bratton as well as Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
