Saturday: PGPD to Give Warm Coats to Our Neighbors in Need

There's no denying the temperatures are getting colder. To help our neighbors in need, the Prince George's County Police Department is turning a room at headquarters into a coat closet.
On Saturday, November 23, 2013, members of our community are welcome to stop by and receive a new or gently-used coat free of charge. The PGPD partnered with the One Warm Coat Organization in October to begin collecting coats for our neighbors in need. We've received more than 400 donations, to include coats for children and adults.

When:   Saturday November 23, 2013

Time:     9:00 am

Where:   Police Services Complex (Multi-purpose Room)
             7600 Barlowe Road
             Palmer Park, MD

For more information, please contact the Prince George's County Police Department's Media Relations Division at 301-772-4710 or contact Corporal Jessica Mercer at jrmercer1@co.pg.md.us.
