PGPD Arrests Bank Robbery Suspect

The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested a suspect who had just robbed a bank in Beltsville. The suspect is 47-year-old Mark Lawrence MaCleod of the 4500 block of Ronlon Street in Beltsville. 
On February 3, 2015, shortly after 11:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 10400 block of Baltimore Avenue for the report of a bank robbery. When they arrived, the officers found MaCleod standing outside of the bank. He was taken into custody without incident.
The preliminary investigation reveals MaCleod walked into the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller complied. MaCleod then walked back out of the bank 
MaCleod is in custody of the Department of Corrections.
