PGPD Investigating Non-Contact Shooting on ICC

The Prince George's County Police Department is investigating a non-contact shooting that occurred this afternoon on the Intercounty Connector (ICC). 

At about 2:40 pm, a truck heading eastbound near the I-95 interchange was struck by gunfire. There were two occupants inside. A bullet fragment was recovered from one of the occupant's clothing. The second occupant suffered injuries from shattered glass and was taken to a local hospital. He has since been released.
