PGPD Investigates Homicide in Landover

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide in Landover. The victim is 23-year-old Kwacellus Davis of Hil Mar Drive in Forestville. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this is a random act. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
On November 25, 2015, at about 4:50 pm, patrol officers were called to the 1800 block of Belle Haven Drive for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Davis suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify a motive and suspect(s) in this case.
