The Prince George’s County Police Department’s District III Investigative Section is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man identified as 21-year-old Steven Louis Rozier. He was last seen on August 17 at 7:25 p.m. in the 7600 block of Mill Wright Street in Capitol Heights.
Rozier is a black male with a dark complexion, 5’9”, 140 pounds, brown eyes, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black athletic t-shirt and black athletic nylon sweat pants. He also has a diamond stud in his left ear.
Rozier has been diagnosed with a mild mental disability and is on
medication for a history of kidney failure. Rozier also has
an intravenous device implanted in his left arm due to his kidney problems.
