The PGPD's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in the city of Seat Pleasant. The victim is identified as 29-year-old Dominique Millard of District Heights.
On November 28th, at approximately 11:55 pm, officers were called to the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Highway and Glen Willow Drive for a collision involving two vehicles.
The preliminary investigation reveals Millard was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound on Martin Luther King, Jr. Highway approaching Glen Willow Drive. An SUV traveling southbound on Glen Willow Drive attempted to make a right turn onto westbound Martin Luther King, Jr Highway. The victim's vehicle collided with the SUV. That collision caused the victim's vehicle to overturn. Millard was critically injured and was pronounced dead at a hospital. The two drivers and another passenger in the victim's vehicle suffered what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The Prince George's County Police Department investigates all fatal collisions in the city of Seat Pleasant.
