PGPD Investigating Residential Robbery in College Park

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a residential armed robbery that occurred in College Park late Wednesday night.

On October 30^th, at approximately 10:40 pm, officers responded to the 7500 block of Dickinson Avenue. When they arrived on the scene, the officers met with the victim, an adult male, who advised he let two unknown suspects into the residence. The preliminary investigation reveals the suspects and victim got into a dispute during which one of the suspects struck the victim. The second suspect, who had a gun, then fired one round inside of the home. No one in the house was hurt. The suspects then fled the residence with the victim’s cell phone.

Detectives do not believe this was a random crime.

PGPD Investiga Robo en Residencia en College Park

El Departamento de la Policía del Condado de Prince George investiga un robo a mano armada de una residencia ocurrido en College Park, tarde en la noche del miércoles.

El 30 de octubre, a eso de las 10:40 pm, oficiales del Departamento acudieron a la cuadra 7500 de Dickinson Avenue. Al llegar a la escena, los oficiales entrevistaron a la víctima, un hombre adulto, quien les indicó cómo entraron a la residencia. PGPD Arrests Man Who Tried to Kidnap Two Females in Separate Incidents

Prince George’s County Police officers spotted and arrested the man who tried to kidnap two females in separate incidents on Tuesday in Fort Washington. He is 42-year-old Abdul Fuller of the 1800 block of Whistling Duck Drive in Upper Marlboro. Fuller and the victims did not know each other.

On October 29^th, at approximately 2:00 pm, the suspect targeted the first victim, an adult female, as she walked along Stonesboro Road. The preliminary investigation reveals he grabbed her from behind, put her in a chokehold and tried to force her into his green 1998 Ford Expedition. The victim’s screams alerted several nearby residents who rushed to help her. Fuller fled from the scene. The victim suffered minor injuries.

At approximately 3:00 pm, Fuller attempted to kidnap another victim, this time a teenage girl, on Arundel Drive in Fort Washington. The victim screamed for help, again alerting another resident in the area who intervened. Fuller fled again.

At 3:15 pm, as detectives were on the first scene on Stonesboro Road talking to witnesses, the suspect returned to that street in the same green SUV used in both crimes. When he saw the officers, he turned around and headed back onto Allentown Road. Patrol officers immediately stopped his SUV and took him into custody without incident.

Fuller is charged with attempted kidnapping, attempted kidnapping of a child under 16 and second-degree assault. He has admitted his involvement in both crimes. He is being held on a no-bond status.

Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims or people who have had a similar experience with Fuller.

PGPD Arresta Individuo Que Intentó Secuestrar a Dos Mujeres en Incidentes Distintos

Oficiales de la Policía del Condado de Prince George identificaron y arrestaron al hombre que intentó secuestrar a dos mujeres en dos incidentes separados el martes en Fort Washington. El sospechoso fue identificado como Abdul Fuller, de 42 años de edad y vecino de la cuadra 1800 de Whistling Duck Drive en Upper Marlboro. Fuller y las víctimas no se conocían entre sí.

El 29 de octubre, a eso de las 2:00 pm, el sospechoso atacó a la primera víctima, una mujer adulta, mientras ésta caminaba por Stonesboro Road. Convenience Store Robbery

We’re starting Wanted Wednesday this week with our active search for the suspects who robbed a convenience store in College Park. Please take a good look at these photos – and then please call us with any information that could be helpful in locating these individuals. The men walked into the convenience store in the 8900 block of Rhode Island Avenue in the early morning of October 28^th. Once inside, they displayed a gun and demanded cash. Robbery Suspect

This robbery suspect was caught on camera with a gun demanding money at a convenience store in Clinton. This robbery took place in the 9800 block of Piscataway Road shortly before midnight on October 26^th.  Detectives have also linked him to the robbery of a gas station about an hour later on Woodyard Road. Up next, our investigation into a robbery in Fort Washington. These two suspects targeted a gas station in the 11000 block of Livingston Road on October 25^th at approximately 10:30 am. Eyeglass Office Theft

We’ve got a good look at the two suspects who are linked to a theft at an eyeglass business in Clinton. The preliminary investigation reveals they took a pair of designer glasses from the business on Old Branch Avenue. Please call 301-868-8773 with any helpful info and refer to case 19-0054915.

Theft at Cell Phone Store

Pizza Shop Robbery

And finally, investigators want to find and arrest the three suspects who targeted a pizza shop in Bowie. One of the suspects had a gun as the trio robbed the business on October 26^th, shortly before 1:00 am, at the store in the 15700 block of Mount Oak Road. Victim in 2018 Assault Dies of Injuries; Death Ruled a Homicide

Homicide Unit detectives charged two men in connection with a now fatal assault that took place in March of 2018. They are identified as

31-year-old Bryan Bullock of the 4100 block of Southern Avenue in Capitol Heights and 60-year-old James Moore Jr., of the 7100 block of Buchanan Road in Temple Hills. They are facing charges for assaulting the victim, 38-year-old Leroy Evans, Jr., of Temple Hills. Evans died of his injuries earlier this year.

On March 29, 2018, patrol officers responded to the 6200 block of Allentown Road for the report of an assault. Officers discovered Evans unresponsive on the sidewalk. He was rushed to a hospital for treatment. He was later transferred to a nursing facility where he remained until his death on May 1, 2019. In May of 2019, PGPD detectives identified and arrested Bullock and Moore for the initial assault. They were ordered held on a no-bond status.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner performed an autopsy on the victim. In late August, his death was ruled a homicide due to complications from head trauma.

This month, the charges against the suspects were amended to include common law murder, in addition to first and second assault and reckless endangerment. Bullock and Moore continue to be held on a no-bond status at the Department of Corrections.

The suspects and victim were known to each other. The assault stemmed from a dispute.

Víctima de Agresión en el 2018 Muere de sus Heridas; Clasifican su Muerte Como Homicidio

Detectives de la Unidad de Homicidios acusaron a dos individuos en conexión a una agresión mortal que tomó lugar en marzo de 2018. Éstos fueron identificados como Bryan Bullock, de 31 años de edad y vecino de  la cuadra 4100 de Southern Avenue en Capitol Heights, y James Moore Jr., de 60 años de edad y vecino de la cuadra 7100 de Buchanan Road en Temple Hills. Éstos enfrentan cargos por agredir a la víctima de 38 años de edad, Leroy Evans Jr., quien residía en el área de Temple Hills. Evans falleció de sus heridas a principios de año.

El 29 de marzo del año pasado, oficiales de patrulla acudieron a la cuadra 6200 de Allentown Road ante un reporte de agresión. Los oficiales hallaron a Evans inconsciente en la acera. PGPD Seeks Community’s Assistance in Identifying Package Thieves Linked to 15 Cases

Our Regional Investigation Division is actively working to identify and arrest the two suspects who are now linked to 15 package thefts in our county. The suspects are primarily targeting neighborhoods in Upper Marlboro. These thefts took place between October 18^th and the 22^nd and several were recorded on home surveillance systems.

The suspects are committing the thefts during the day when many victims are away from their homes. They are driving a dark gray Infiniti QX 60 SUV with Maryland tags 3CX3353.

“We strongly believe someone knows the names of these suspects. There are clear pictures and videos of them committing their crimes. We encourage anyone with information that can help our detectives to please call us. You can stay anonymous. We want to arrest these two suspects before they target more of our neighbors,” said Major Sunny Mrotek, Commander of the Regional Investigation Division.

As we continue our work to stop these suspects, we are offering these suggestions to help prevent these types of thefts:

*If possible, pick up the ordered item at the store

*Ship the item to your workplace

*Have a neighbor keep an eye out for the item if you know you won’t be home during the delivery window

*Have the item sent to a friend or family member who is home during normal delivery hours

*If possible, ship the item to an Amazon Locker, UPS Office, FedEx Office or Post Office

*Require a signature at the time of delivery

PGPD Busca Ayuda de la Comunidad para Identificar a Ladrones de Paquetes Conectados a 15 Casos

This suspect wearing a distinctive sweatshirt is wanted in our next case. The preliminary investigation reveals the suspect is linked to a theft at an eye doctor’s office on Forestville Road in District Heights. This took place on October 16^th at approximately 8:50 am. Theft Investigation

Our next case involves a theft at a convenience store in District Heights. The preliminary investigation reveals the pictured suspect stole items at the business in the 6100 block of Marlboro Pike on August 9^th. Please call 301-772-4911 with any info and refer to case 19-0056015. 

Shoplifting Suspects

We’re also working to track down these two suspects who are wanted for stealing items from a grocery store in District Heights. The preliminary investigation reveals they targeted the business in the 6300 block of Marlboro Pike on September 23^rd. Theft Suspect

Burglary Suspect

He’s masked up but we’re still asking our community to call us with info on this suspect’s identity. On October 14^th, this suspect broke into a business in the 15000 block of Hall Road in Bowie. Fast Food Restaurant Attempted Robbery

This suspect targeted a fast food restaurant in the 5500 block of St. Barnabas Road in Oxon Hill on October 20^th. The preliminary investigation reveals he attempted to rob the business but was unsuccessful. He had a handgun during the attempted robbery. Theft Suspect
