Congratulations to Pfc. Kevin Cruz #2922 from District I Station in Hyattsville. Pfc. Cruz recently received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal while deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan. Pfc. Cruz will be finishing up his deployment sometime in February 2012. Below is a caption that accompanied the attached picture.
