PGPD Investigating Fatal Crash in Oxon Hill

 The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Oxon Hill. The deceased passenger is 77-year-old Erlinda Capati of Fort Washington.

On November 13, 2025, at approximately 1:35 pm, officers responded to a two-vehicle collision in the area of Kerby Hill Road and Indian Head Highway.

 

The preliminary investigation indicates a driver traveling on the entrance ramp for Kerby Hill Road struck the vehicle carrying the victim. She was transported to a hospital where she later died. Both drivers suffered injuries initially considered non-life-threatening.
