PGPD Homicide Unit Makes Two Arrests in Bladensburg Murder

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit arrested 16-year-old Andre Attaway and 17-year-old James Murray in connection with the murder of David Krupski in Bladensburg.
Homicide detectives identified Attaway and Murray, both of Hyattsville, as suspects in the investigation. The teens provided statements admitting their involvement. They are charged as adults with first degree murder and robbery. On July 28th, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Bladensburg Police officers responded to the 5200 block of Newton Street, Bladensburg, for disorderly individuals drinking and chasing each other with a shovel. Upon their arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of Krupski, age 54, of the 5200 block of Newton Street, Bladensburg on the side of the road suffering from trauma to the upper body. The body was found a few hundred yards away from his home. The investigation revealed the suspects robbed, chased and beat Krupski. Krupski’s body has been transported to the medical examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy.

Both of these individuals should be put to death and their parents should be locked up for a minimum of 5 years along with them. That way it sends a message out to parents of juveniles that if their child goes out and commit any type of crime whatsoever that the parents will be held accountable too. Parents would then raise their childs right.
