The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with the armed robbery of an Exxon gas station in Laurel.
On July 6, 2012, at approximately 1:07 a.m., two suspects entered the convenient store located in the 15100 block of Sweitzer Lane. Once inside, the suspects jumped over the counter, pointed handguns at the victim, and demanded money. One of the suspects struck the victim in the head with a handgun and forced him to the ground. The suspects fled with an undetermined amount of cash. The victim was transported to a local hospital to be treated for a minor head injury.
