Robbery Suspects Caught on Camera
We’re looking for two suspects wanted for robbing a woman of her purse in Forestville on July 22, 2014. Surveillance cameras at a nearby business captured the suspects immediately after the robbery. The male suspect got out of the red minivan and tossed the stolen purse in the trash. The victim had been walking near Ritchie Road and Vineyard Drive when the minivan pulled up next to her. The male suspect got out and grabbed her purse. After a brief struggle, the suspect got a hold of it and the suspects sped away. The victim wasn’t hurt.

Denzel Evan Lewis
The Regional Investigation Division – Southern Region would like to find 21-year-old Denzel Evan Lewis of the 4400 block of 23rd Place in Temple Hills. He’s wanted for an assault on July 27, 2014. The investigation reveals he stabbed the victim during an argument. The victim’s injuries are not life threatening. Lewis fled in a silver Dodge Stratus. Convenience Store Robbery
Our Robbery Unit detectives would like to identify this suspect. He and a second suspect robbed a convenience store in the 5500 block of Livingston Road in Oxon Hill on July 27, 2014. It’s wanted in connection with an armed robbery on Adelphi Road in Adelphi on July 26, 2014. The two suspects fled in the car after the robbery.
