WANTED WEDNESDAY

Updated February 27, 2015: The day after the release of this Wanted Wednesday blog, a tipster called and provided critical information on the identity of a robbery suspect we highlighted. The suspect and an accomplice had robbed a woman of her belongings in Lanhman. The suspects are now in custody. They’re identified as 20-year-old Mariell Zaakir Jackson of the 2900 block of Belair Drive in Bowie and 23-year-old Marcus Fernell Hood of the 8000 block of Fulton Avenue in Glenarden. We thank the tipster for reaching out to us. Anyone with any information about a crime can always call 1-866-411-TIPS. Tipsters do not have to give their name.

Bank Robbery Suspect

We’re offering a cash reward to the tipster who helps us find and arrest this bank robbery suspect. The man chose to wear a distinctive green jacket with orange strings to rob a bank last week. On February 20, 2015, at about 12:30 pm, he walked into a branch in the 5600 block of Greenbelt Road and demanded cash. The suspect then ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Warrant Obtained for Shooting Suspect

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for this shooting suspect. He’s 27-year-old Joshua Donte Daley of the 5500 block of 59^th Avenue in Riverdale. Our investigation reveals Daley shot an acquaintance during an argument on February 18, 2015, on 59^th Avenue. The victim’s injuries are not considered life - threatening. The suspect’s car is a 2006-2013 Chevrolet Impala with Oklahoma dealer tags. If you know where we can find Daley, please call 301-699-2601 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. Please take a look at these surveillance photos. We’re working to identify and arrest the two suspects in these pictures. They’re wanted for robbing a victim of her belongings in the 9000 block of Annapolis Road in Lanham back on February 18, 2015. The victim suffered minor injuries.

The suspects are believed to be driving a dark-colored, 2-door, convertible 2001-2002 Saab 9-3. Please call 301-390-2127 or 1-866-411-TIPS with any information on these suspects. A cash reward is being offered.

Robbery Suspects

Detectives are also working to identify these two suspects linked to a robbery in Temple Hills on February 18, 2015. The investigation reveals the two men robbed two victims of their personal property in the 4300 block of 23^rd Parkway at about 8:00 pm. One of the suspects had a gun. The victims were not hurt.
