The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating an accidental death early this morning in Fort Washington. The victim is 44-year-old Michael Anthony Johnson of Dewey Court in Indian Head.On June 8, 2015, at about 2:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 700 block of Cady Drive for the report of a pedestrian accident. When they arrived, they found Johnson suffering from critical injuries. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.Preliminary, it appears Johnson jumped onto the running board of an SUV that was in motion. Johnson somehow fell off and hit his head on the ground. There is no foul play suspected by anyone involved.
