The
Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision
involving a motorcycle that occurred Monday evening. The victim is 46-year-old
Keith Baham of Washington, DC.
On
May 4th, at approximately 5:40 pm, officers responded to Central
Avenue at Davey Street for a collision involving a motorcycle and a car. Baham,
who was riding the motorcycle, died at a hospital several hours later. The
second involved driver and a passenger in the car suffered what appear to be
non-life-threatening injuries.
The
preliminary investigation revealed the car struck Baham’s motorcycle when the
car’s driver pulled onto Central Avenue from Davey Street. Baham had been
heading eastbound on Central Avenue at the time.

PGPD Investiga Mortal Choque en Capitol Heights
La Unidad de Análisis y
Reconstrucción de Choques investiga un mortal choque de motocicleta ocurrido el
lunes en la tarde. La víctima fue identificada como Keith Baham, de 46 años de
edad y vecino de Washington DC.
El 4 de mayo, a eso de las 5:40 de la
tarde, oficiales del Condado acudieron al área entre Central Avenue y Davey
Street tras recibir información sobre un choque entre una motocicleta y un
vehículo. Baham, quien conducía la motocicleta, murió en el hospital varias
horas después. El conductor del vehículo y un segundo pasajero que iba en el
