PGPD Investigating Fatal Collision in Clinton


The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcycle in Clinton. The victim is 24-year-old Anthony Lee Taylor of Stacey M Lane in Clinton.

On June 25th, at approximately 9:40 pm, officers responded to Piscataway Road and Gwynndale Drive for the report of a collision. The victim was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

The preliminary investigation reveals Taylor, who was operating a motorcycle, was heading eastbound on Piscataway Road. The driver of a Hyundai was heading westbound and attempted to make a left turn onto Gywnndale Drive. The motorcycle and Hyundai collided in the intersection. The vehicles then collided with another car. The drivers of the two involved cars were not hurt.
