Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Suspect in Armed Robbery

Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a Game Stop.

On August 23, 2010 at 6:40 p.m., the suspect walked into the Game Stop located in the 14200 block of Baltimore Avenue in Laurel, Maryland posing as a customer. The suspect approached the registers and displayed a handgun. After forcing the victims to the back storage room of the store, the suspect took money, video games, and video game entertainment systems, before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10” in height and weighing approximately 195 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, red shirt, and blue jeans. The suspect was armed with a black revolver handgun.
