PGPD Releases Surveillance Photos of Bank Robbery Suspect



The Prince George’s County Police Department is working to identify the suspect seen in the above surveillance photos. He’s wanted for a bank robbery in District Heights.

The preliminary investigation reveals that on May 16, 2014, at about 11:00 am, the suspect walked into the bank in the 6300 block of Marlboro Pike. He approached a teller and demanded cash. The teller, fearing for her life, complied and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect walked out of the bank and ran down Marlboro Pike towards Regency Parkway

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 30s, approximately 5’8” and 160 lbs. He wore a “Boonie” style hat, a black North Face jacket and black pants. He also had a black mustache and goatee at the time of the bank robbery.
