Memorial to PGPD’s Fallen Heroes to be Unveiled on “National Night Out”

Prince George’s County Police Chief Mark Magaw, command staff and members of the department will join county leaders and neighborhood civic groups for the 31st Annual “National Night Out.” Chief Magaw will make remarks that evening at the unveiling of a memorial for the PGPD’s fallen heroes at our District VI station in Beltsville. The Beltsville community graciously spearheaded efforts and funding for the memorial.

On Tuesday, August 5, 2014, from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, county residents are asked to turn on their exterior lights and spend the evening outdoors with  neighbors. Events will take place in our six police districts and throughout Prince George’s County.
